Southern Gospel
GloryBound Gospel Band would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our music ministry. We are a southern gospel band made up of eight individuals from the Northwest Florida area.
We have combined our love for gospel music and God given abilities to spread the gospel of our Lord’s saving grace. We strive to demonstrate our willingness to serve the Lord using music as a tool for evangelism and encouraging believers in their walk with Christ. Music is important to God, there are more than 500 accounts in the Bible of songs, instruments, music references and forty-four of the sixty-six books in the Bible contain actual hymns and songs.
We sing and play live accompaniment using electric and acoustic guitars, harmonica, drums and piano featuring traditional gospel songs as well as some songs written by our band members.
We hope to inspire those listening to sing along with us and participate in our praise and worship. “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord”. Truly, our purpose is making music to honor and glorify God.

I was born in Cumberland County Pennsylvania and raised in Dauphin and York Counties. As a child I remember my mother putting on her vinyl records and singing most of the time,
because she had joy in her heart and I know that the joy was from the Father above. On Sunday’s we would always visit our little country church, whether it be sunshine, rain, snow
or sleet, singing those wonderful hymns that most of us know and love.
At the age of 15 the Lord grabbed my heart in His love at our little country church and He continues to work with me to follow His path for my life. I pray when I witness through my music, the Lord will touch people’s hearts, minds and souls to accept Him as their personal
Savior, and for their lives to be changed forever, like mine!

Formerly BranNu & the Anointed Ones (2007), Prophetess J.D. Long & Virtuous was formed December 2017. Birthed from the vision previously given to Prophetess Long in 2007, the group was reborn in with members to include Kitrina Wade (original of BranNu & the Anointed Ones), Nicole Simmons, Ivory Mackey, Sonseeahray Foster. The group is scheduled for the first live recording April 7th, 2018 titled “Reach Out”.
