  2. I can testify of the power of praise. I am naturally a very anxious person, raised in a home where worry = love. But, Philippians 4:6,7 has become a comfort, guide, and safeguard for me. I encourage anyone who is overcome by anxiety to just stop and ask God to help you take the thoughts captive….praising Him and thanking Him leaves no room for the spirit of fear. Praying for all those in stress. Psalm 94:19
