In a classic video from Rev. Graham, learn about the death and resurrection of Christ. On a rainy night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Billy Graham talked about another dark day. The Resurrection of Christ | Billy Graham Video on the Death and Resurrection of Jesus

In this classic video, Billy Graham emphasizes the significance of the Resurrection of Christ. With this in mind, he explains the profound impact it has on Christian faith. Graham supports his message with key Bible references, illustrating the power and hope found in Jesus’ resurrection.

The Death of Christ

Graham begins by discussing the death of Christ on the cross. To illustrate, he quotes John 19:30, where Jesus declares, “It is finished.” This signifies the completion of His mission to save humanity. Graham explains how Christ’s death was a sacrifice for the sins of the world.

The Power of the Resurrection

Graham then shifts to the Resurrection of Christ. He highlights 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, which affirms that Christ died, was buried, and rose again on the third day. This event is central to Christian belief. According to Graham, the resurrection demonstrates Jesus’ victory over death and sin.

The Hope in the Resurrection

The Resurrection offers hope to all believers. Graham cites 1 Peter 1:3, which speaks of a “living hope” through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. He explains how this hope is available to everyone who believes in Christ.

Significance and Transformation Through Christ

Graham concludes by emphasizing the transformative power of the Resurrection of Christ. He calls on viewers to reflect on the significance of Jesus’ death and resurrection in their own lives. The message is clear: through Christ, there is hope, forgiveness, and eternal life.

He convicts us and helps us live holy lives. He assures us of our salvation! Fills us with love, Joy, peace, forgiveness and so much more! We have such great power living inside of us! So many of God’s children deny His power (The Holy Spirit) I pray you receive A fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name! Amen ❤ May God continue to bless you brother! Praise King Jesus!

  6. I have been saved 11 months, and only recently found these Billy Graham clips. They are a Blessing, and are an inspiration to me when all seems to be falling apart around me. Bro. Graham reminds me that Jesus paid an insurmountable price for me, and I am eternally grateful for that!!

“Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff they comfort me.”

    1. Great, thanks for sharing. I have been saved when I was a very small child and had a Bible when I turned 7 and been reading it for the past 52 years. But also still love these clips too about Billy Graham.
I like to share a Bible verse with you,
It is from Mathew 28:20 where Jesus says: I am with you !!!
Take care for His promises never fail.

    2. May the clips also assist further too —if you read and study the Bible (at least 3-4 times, freely not relgiously), of where your at now and against all the uglies and hardships of this Life to understand it (the Bible and him) more. If doable get a ‘Living Bible’ first (easier read from thee and thou words) —you can always ascend to the KJ version later.

My situation is different from you’rs —‘for my Spirit and Faith may be broken’ over my wife’s unexpected passing, I come back to ALL of his videos, even though I used to see them in Love way before her passing. Now replay most all to ‘Restore’ my Reminders of Him and his control over it, for we both submitted to Him even though this event happened.😰

  7. I can see the people receiving this beautiful word of God inside the rain.. Ho Christ may I forever love you Amen

  9. Every time I watched Billy preach, I saw the determination in his eyes to get the message to us. We cannot do this on our own. The Holy Spirit was present and helping him always. Glory.

  10. I never, never, get tired of listening to Billy Graham preaching. Surely, the HOLY SPIRIT
is speaking through him !!! God help all of us

  14. Some people say, “Why don’t you make your Gospel relevant?”
“The most relevant message in the world tonight is the fact that Christ died for you. He died in your place. He shed His blood for you. And without that experience, no one can get to Heaven.”
Thank God, that He raised up Billy Graham as a shining light in this dark world.

  15. I had to work this Easter Sunday for a few hours this morning. I searched for an Easter message to listen to. Billy Graham’s sermons are timeless. I have been a Christian for 55 years and I was astonished that I learned something different about the resurrection.
